I received in fast and timely manner. My son installed them daily easy and I dont have to worry about a flat!! Ppl are friendly and helpful. Called after my order to make i ordered correct incert. I will order from them again. Never a better experience. Been in mg wheelxhair for 45 years. I have gone through many chairs. From now on I will order any type of part I need for my chair. Thank you for your help I really appreciate it.
