Wheelchair purchase

Just bought a Tilite wheelchair from them and as always, everything went smoothly. The chair was a little different than the previous one and they knew exactly what to do so I could set it up the same. Maybe not adjustments that needed to be made and they have incredible knowledge and advise. Happy as always.

Working with DME Hub was good. TiLite was a bit difficult to communicate with regarding specific engineering requests, but we eventually worked it out. They do put out an excellent product in the end, however.

Made multiple calls and emails to Tyler to build this w/c. Tyler accommodated changes I made and worked with me on alternative ideas. Outstanding customer service which is huge in this day & age. This is why dmehub is successful. DO NOT lose Tyler. He is a huge asset to this business! This make me a return customer for years to come. I also want to give kudos to Jessica. She helped me last year with some unusual circumstances that I encountered. I just wish there was a way you could be affiliated with private insurance companies so I would have to pay out of pocket. However, we all know the DME hurdle with insurance companies.
