I ordered the wrong size wheel and Dave confirmed that it was wrong and got me the right size wheels. He had excellent knowledge of parts and CARED!! Something that is missing in today's world.

I needed to completely replace the casters on myTiLite chair after I let a bearing set go. Tyler was extremely helpful in ensuring right parts the first time (forks, axle sets, top caps). Very knowledgeable, and factory parts were in stock, shipped immediately and I had no real downtime. Parts, service, price, delivery. All aces, the reason I keep coming back for my chair parts!
