Protection and Grip
These are great to prevent scratching the chair while transitioning and the suede provides extra padded grip to hold on too

The first set of impact guards I received were branded by TiLite. I expected this to be, too, but was pleasantly surprised to find it was not branded.

I like these
Like them, and they serve their purpose well, but the little gap that opens up between the zipped part and Velcro part is kinda meh. Cool. Slightly overpriced.

Snug Nonslip Fit
These guards have a zipper closure on the top 2/3 and velcro on the bottom inches making the fit perfect for flared in line caster on a TiLite chair. Also the contact fabric of the guard is neoprene so it does not slip around. I must breakdown my entire wheelchair to pull it up over me into the seat of my SUV so this makes for scuffs on the front of my wheelchair but these guards prevent that. The guards are an extremely snug fit so it takes some effort if you have hand strength issues. I am happy to have a little more of my favorite color flying on my titanium companion!

The order and shipping process went as smoothly as you would expect from a reputable medical supplies company. In my experience, reputable is rarely a word I'd use for a medical supplies company. I ordered a pair of TiLite Neoprene Impact Guards. My order, unfortunately, arrived with the wrong part. The web site didn't make clear that the larger sizes were different kinds of impact guards. I immediately sent an email off to Tyler. In a few hours he responded. He checked the inventory for the right item. He arranged return shipping, at no cost to me. All by the end of the day. I got the right impact guards a week later. My shopping experience was straightforward, responsive, and professional. I'll be making my next purchase with DME Hub.
