Fits perfect in chair and is big enough to fit what I need to put in it. It has two pockets that are large but does not make the bag to large that is too bulky under the seat.

TiLite Under Chair Bag
I had a few years back a nice nylon TiLite under chair bag. It was the perfect size. When I ordered this bag I thought I was going to get the same bag. Not so. This bag is made of canvas not nylon. Not nearly as big as the nylon bag. I'll make this work. It's a nice bag, just wee bit small.
