Bought a set of 4 new fork bearings for a used TiLite wheelchair. I had everything more or less figured out from the parts diagram that I found online, but I'd never done this job on a wheelchair before. Tyler talked me through the replacement process on the phone. When the new bearings arrived, it was a pretty easy job to remove the old ones and install the new ones. I'm a fairly experienced mechanic, but Tyler's help ensured that the process wasn't trial and error. Thanks!
