Exactly as expected
My only complaint, very minor, was that the Ti-Lite manual (mine) did not show how to remove these bearings from the caster and the parts don’t have instructions either. So that was a little tricky. They are pushed in, one on each side, but there is a spacer in the center. Getting them out was the difficult part.

I needed parts for a chair and I wasn't aware of what I needed precisely, the staff at DME helped me identify the needed parts and are helping me identify replacement parts for a discontinued chair that I didn't have much information on, I took pictures of what was broken and needed replacing and emailed them and they are helping me to identify the needed parts and restore the chair to functional use...great customer service and I received the parts within 72 hours of ordering them by mail... 5 star service!
