TiLite Aero T Wheelchair

Very lightweight chair. Ordered with nothing special other than added sideguards, and footplate cover with 2-inch sides and total weight with cushion, wheels, and side guards is around 13-14lbs. Added new solutions super vinyl grip covers to aluminum push rims, makes it easier to push, grip and shape of hand because they make the hand rim bigger, sort of like Surge Hand rims on the previous chair. A better alternative to any type of coated hand rims. The dual tube is sturdy compared to monotube design. And the feel and tightness of the zero play camber is great. Like how everything is completely adjustable considering not ready for non-adjustable. Is easy to adjust. The staff is very knowledgable and will answer every question and give an honest opinion. This is my first TiLite coming from quickie 5r and the TiLite is a noticeable difference in fit, feel, and pushing. Love the chair and will choose TiLite again.

This will be my second TiLite Aero T wheelchair. My last Aero T was a 2016 model. They have improved the seat adjustment angle mechanism and the front fork adjustment angle mechanism as well. So far both adjusted mechanisms are working well. I would recommend getting a hold of some TiLite paint chips before deciding on a color. The colors that you see through the TiLite website will give you a rough idea of what the colors will look like. But the best idea of what the colors will look like comes from TiLite paint chips. I dropped one star from my review as I feel that the customer service from Permobil (TiLite) could be better.

I have had my Aero T by TiLite for 3 weeks now and wish to give my review. Bottom line, I love the chair. It feels so solid. It is easier to jump the gap when I get into the Commuter train to work. The brakes are so much easier to use than my former quickie titanium chair. It is lighter, even though it is mode with Aluminum. It's easier for people to push and offers a up to 350 lb limit. It’s a great chair; please consider this wonderful Wheelchair.
