They were shipped and got here on time. I tried to install them, failed. Called customer support and it took about 10 seconds to figure out I wasn't paying attention! Then the wheels went on with zero trouble.

Not the same
We have 3 spoke casters, and received 5 spoke. Not sure how good they are as of yet, as I can't remove the old ones!! Any ideas?
