The Extended Mount provides enhanced control over the Smartdrive system. By rotating the dial forwards or backwards, the users are now able to start, stop, and adjust their speeds. When purchasing a SmartDrive, this extended mount is provided as a free option. It is wired and powered directly by the SmartDrive unit, so you can charge both devices simultaneously and setup takes less than 5 minutes.
