Extra seat cover for my ROHO wheelchair cushion
The first cover I received was the wrong size due to my mistake in ordering, not DME Hub's mistake. I then ordered the correct size, which arrived reasonably promptly. The man who handled the two orders was very cheerful and clear in his explanation of what I needed to do in this situation. I plan to put the first order in the mail today, as a return.

Roho Cushion
I got a new style cushion recently and I wanted a back up cushion. It was not easy to figure out the exact size until I looked at the DME Hub sizing and pictures. After looking at their information I felt comfortable in selecting the correct cover. Once I received the cover it fit perfectly.

The cushion has finally arrived. It's a great day, but thanks to all the crap going on in our insane world everything has become difficult to do. This cushion is no exception and I'm very thankful DME was able to make it happen. Well done y'all. Appreciate the heads up communication to keep me updated.
