Pretty Nice Guy
I ordered a wheelchair break replacement part to fix a wheelchair. I've never fixed a wheelchair before so I ordered a clamp as well. The guy calls me to ask me more details regarding the order. He actually helped me get the correct part and saved me money from ordering more than I needed. Wow. Talk about one of the best customer service in my life. I've never actually had someone be so kind and helpful. I am truly grateful to order from this company. The part actually worked PERFECTLY! Better than the couple of times I had paid other people to fix the wheelchair. My father is now safe with working breaks and I am feel pretty grateful. A little kindness goes a long way and the repair was pretty easy! Thank you!

The wheel locks I received were just like the original equipment. The best part was the service I received. I mistakenly ordered the wrong ones. I was contacted and was told that they were different than the original. Problem was solved over email! It's rare to get great that there are still good people out there that cares and want you to have a great experience. My wife is very happy with her new locks. Thank you!!
