The Ki Mobility Axiom SP Visco wheelchair cushion has a specifically designed viscoelastic foam top layer and hexagonal shaped insert to reduce the load that the tissue supporting the ischial tuberosities must bear. The dual density polyurethane foam base offers a firm support in the lower layer. The 4-way stretch lycra microclimatic spacer fabric outer cover reduces surface tension and the pleated 4-way stretch inner cover has a self-sealing zipper, it's water resistant and easy to clean
