DME Hub staff have received a lot of feedback from customers over the years about arm pads. Most people prefer a thicker, longer lasting arm pad that won't "bottom out". As a result of that feedback, we've decided to only carry this higher quality arm pad with thicker padding. The good news, its still more budget friendly than all the others on the market. We call that a win-win!

Not as dense as I expected, though it would be as close to OME but came up just a little short in density.

MADE RIGHT
My original order for wheelchair arm pads was made because thick padding was specified and the picture showed a thicker pad. The delivered pads were thinner than pictured and "bottomed out" (compressed to the plastic base) in one day. I expected a less than satisfactory response. Instead, I was offered replacement pads at no charge. The replacements were much thicker with dense padding. They're great. Customer service preserved my account.

Replacement arm pads.
I purchased these pads to replace the old tattered and worn original arm pads on my TiLite chair. I ordered what I thought was the correct replacement pads but they weren't. Thankfully DME noticed my mistake and called me to suggest the proper part. I received the new pads and they easily installed. They look great and are very comfortable.
