OEM pads shipped with TiLite chair lasted almost 4 years. Non DME replacement pads had low density foam which which pancaked in about a month and lacked screw threads. When ordering these pads, Tyler assured me that the pads would have a much denser foam padding and that all of the holes contained fittings. I have had DME pads for over a month and am satisfied they will last. Should also mention that TiLite doesn't not sell to the public but they recommended DME Hub Pros: Product as advertised; dealing with Tyler, fast shipping via USPS priority mail. Cons: (Minor gripe): The plastic film found beneath the foam wraps around and comes up on the vinyl and extends above the plastic frame at the front of the arm rest. It traps particles such as dust. Verdict: Happy to have discovered DME Hub and would use again and recommend to others.

The armrests arrived today and appear entirely adequate for their intended purpose. The promptness and attentiveness of the sales rep is appreciated. Keep up the good work. I am a bit puzzeled why the armrest deterioated as quickly as it did after I last replaced it for almost the exact same reason. ? ? Best regards, David

I looked around for a decent price for an armrest for my chair. I found that a DME Hub. The delivery of my purchase was quite zippy too!

I was hesitant at first because of the great deal. I have had problems with inferior wheelchair armrest pads,discribed as high quality,but we're soft. The description here was that it was firm. That's what I needed. That's what I got, and it is high quality! I'll be back!

My father-in-law managed to break off the left arm of his manual wheelchair. In shopping on line for a replacement I found numerous options. One of these options was from DME Hub. I was amazed when the arms arrived so quickly. I placed the order on the first, they shipped on the same day. They arrived on the 4th. When I replaced the broken arm it fit exactly. I did not have to replace the right arm as the new ones matched the original arms exactly. I am very pleased not only with the arms but with DME Hub. I highly recommend DME!

I was looking for cheaper way to replace my arm rest without a bunch of paperwork or waiting. DME hub was great they shipped quick and I received my order in less than a week. the armrest are as good as the originals if not better. I'll definitely purchase through them again.

I had been buying wheelchair armpads at local wheelchair/scooter dealer, but the price had become unreasonable and they were often out of stock. Need substantial padding as my wife is very active & puts a lot of weight on them when getting dressed and pads with too little padding compress too much and the plastic trays holding the pads can cut into her arm. Ordered these arm pads I found on your website from your company and, lo and behold, they appear to be the exact same ones I have been buying but at a substantially reduced cost. Will be making a larger order soon. Very Happy with the purchase!
