Called the company before phrasing to make sure i was ordering the correct item. Customer service associate who answered the phone was nice and on point. Went to the website ordered the wheelchair lock and we had it in two days. My husband removed his broken one and put in the new. It was a quick easy fix. By far an amazing company.
