Out Front Composite Scissor Brakes
These are the best all around brakes I have ever used. They hold well, are easy to lock, are out of the way when not engaged, and don't take the skin off my thumb if I have to push further than my normal stroke (like when you thought that the last push would bet you to the top of the ramp, but you need 2 more inches or you will roll backward). The bad - they are NOT as strong as aluminum, the braking (angled) bar broke in less than 2 years.

Easy to operate
These new brakes are so easy to use. I can just push and pull them with my palms. Also they work great on slopes. I can pull them with my thumbs to engage while holding on to hand rims.
