The TiLite lightweight composite scissor wheel lock is compact and stylish. The single action lever retracts to a position that is completely away from the tire and wheel so you don't have to worry about catching your thumb when wheeling around. It also tucks away nicely so transfers are never a problem.

I've had my composite brakes for only a few days now but so far I love them! They work great and they lock your wheels with only minimum pressure. The only reason I did't a rating of 5 is I want to see how long they last. If they hold up well I will be buying these brakes from now on! Thanks

Fast shipping on a set of brakes. Would prefer a more reasonable price for these, but their pricing is inline with other retailers. Unfortunately all of them tend to over price their products to the disabled population
