Back wheeling in time for Cerebral Palsy Awareness
Thank you so much for the option to purcgase wheelchair parts! My son’s school staff gave broken his brake twice within a month due to improper use. Once broken, he was not able to take his wheelchair to school. Insurance-covered DME replacement parts are in the works, but will take montgs! Thanks to your part arriving in 2 days, he was able to have his wheelchair back for school to help pass on CP Awareness before Spring Break. His backup chair is a caregiver-push only stroller, so being able to move himself on this Big Day was Huge! Thank you!!!

Nice lock until it breaks
The lock functions very well but I just had the second spring fail. The spring is a very thin wire and from my experience, twice now, if lasts for 18 months. Unfortunately customer support informs me that the warrantee expires after 12 months.

As good as they can be?
Thes wheel locks work pretty well. Their design is about the same as the ones that came with my first Ti-Lite 12 years ago. I can't praise them too highly, though, because they are pretty hard to adjust perfectly--either they're so tight they don't unlock easily, or too loose to hold well. It's hard to find that sweet spot. Not too bad though.
