Brake replacement
Order was reasonable in cost and quick delivery. Even though I specified the chair model I still had to slice a half inch off the brake insertion rod to get it to fit properly.

I purchased a set of brakes and did not realize that I had mistakenly chosen the incorrect pair. Tyler ( I believe that was the gentleman's name.) noticed my mistake when he was preparing my order, emailed me asking me to clarify and was able to help me get it all straightened out. That may not sound like much to some but for me he saved me a huge headache. Too few companies these days seem to go the extra mile for the customer but I can happily say DME Hub is a company that truly cares. 10/10 P.S. Give Tyler a handshake for me!
