Great product
This seat has been a life saver in reducing pressure sores, especially when one spends lengthy periods on the toilet, something common for some paraplegics. We've ordered 3 in the last 3 1/2 years, the most recent lasting 1 1/2 years. The dry weather probably contributes to the cracking in the vinyl cover. DME Hub has been a great vendor.

Poor quality
After less than a year of use by my daughter with a spinal cord injury, the seat is cracked all over. Started cracking 6 months ago. She weighs 128 lbs and uses it just once a day. I am worried about her skin integrity. For a cost of over $200 and something that is for long term use, this is unacceptable!
