With it's narrow profile, and high pressure inflation, it offers low resistance and a quick response time. The directional tread pattern is ideal for use on wet surfaces as it pushes water away from the rolling surface.

These tires have been great for my chair. They usually last about a year. They have a pretty thick crown section to reduce punctures, but that is a risk.

Are you an "Air Tire" person? Well you get what you pay for...and then some with the Schwalbe Marathon Plus HS 440 Tire. I've been trying to figure the best bang for the buck over the years. this is it. Don't even play around. Just get 'em.

Don't waste your money on cheap tires made in China that don't last. These Schwalbe tires are the best on the market.

I ordered a complete set of SPOX wheels and Marathon tires with a few custom modifications. Tyler at DME hub made sure the assembly was perfect before shipping it to me. Our purchase was packaged in a heavy duty box and arrived exactly on schedule. Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires are extremely durable and top of the line.
